- With AQDirect, shipping is free. AQDirect pays for all shipping charges within the continental USA. You only pay a small order charge of $1.95, no matter how large your shipment. Best of all, since we use FedEx®, UPS® and the US Postal Service you can track your shipments over the internet!

- AQDirect ships every shipment in discreet packaging. All of your shipments will come in a plain brown box with no distinguishable markings on the outside. We understand that purchasing incontinence products can be a sensitive issue; therefore all of our mailings will only bear the name “AQDirect” on the outside. We will never share your customer information with anyone.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions AQ Direct offers the ATP, or AQDirect’s “Always There Program”, is a delivery service that will send your products to your home automatically on a scheduled basis. We make sure that you have what you need when you need it. You don’t have to worry about what brand, size, or quantity that you bought before. Also, when you sign up for ATP, you save $10 off your first order and 5% off each subsequent order. Our Always There Program will save you time and money!
